This Thanksgiving, we're reminded of the stories that have unfolded within the walls of CYS — stories like that of a young freshman whose encounter with nicotine on school grounds could have altered his future irreversibly. It’s the early intervention, the crucial moments of awareness, that have shifted his path from risk to resilience. We are thankful for the opportunity to step in at just the right time.
Our heart swells with gratitude for the support that makes these pivotal moments possible. From parents who trust us to guide their children, to donors whose generosity fuels our programs, to volunteers who dedicate their time — each of you are integral threads in the fabric of our mission.
Today, we give thanks not only for the triumphs but also for the challenges that have strengthened our resolve. We give thanks for the moments of connection, for the shared goals, and for the unwavering belief that every child deserves a chance to thrive in a supportive environment.
